Return Of Goods Policy
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and received within 14 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. With the exception of unwanted goods, items must still be unused, have their original packaging and labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods.
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods. In this event, simply complete the form on the reverse of your delivery note and follow the appropriate instructions.
