If the goods have been dispatched as ordered but are unwanted, then they can be returned to us providing they are unused and in all original packaging, labelling and received back to us within 14 days of the purchase order for a repayment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount (less any delivery charge paid where appropriate.) If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a repayment (including delivery charge) within 14 days after the receipt of the goods back to us. Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched within 14 days after receipt of goods.

UK delivery information: At little Leggs we aim to dispatch orders received the same or next working day of your order being placed, and we offer Free delivery on most standard mainland orders over £100 with the majority of our parcels being sent via APC.

Standard Delivery: Orders placed will be dispatched within 1 working day £4.50. Next day Delivery: Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day for a next day delivery, orders are only dispatched Monday-Friday, there is an additional £1.99 surcharge on the next day delivery price for a Saturday delivery. Price: Next day Mon-Fri £8.99 Next day Friday-Sat £10.99 The next day service is not available to the following postcodes: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, H51-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25, this will be a 2-5 day service.
